An Immersive Wellness Experience at Inhabit

With her wealth of experience—having trained with leading wellness icons like Deepak Chopra, Gabrielle Bernstein, and Dr. Andrew Weil—Rosie brings a holistic approach to well-being. Her sessions will not only focus on movement but also incorporate mindfulness techniques and practical well-being tips that guests can seamlessly integrate into their daily lives.

Beyond the Mat: Exclusive Wellness Events

In addition to the weekly yoga sessions, Inhabit Hotels and Rosie Underwood will be hosting two exclusive wellness events over the next six months, each carefully designed to inspire and educate attendees on holistic health:

Both events will provide a space for connection, inspiration, and reflection, reinforcing Inhabit Hotels’ commitment to well-being beyond just a place to stay.
